When you send a message

The contact form collects your name, email address, project description, and any company, service, or budget information you choose to provide. South Bay Data uses this information to review your inquiry, respond, and discuss a potential project.

Where messages go

The website sends your inquiry to Randy’s private email inbox through Cloudflare Email Service. South Bay Data does not maintain a separate website database of contact-form messages.

Spam protection and hosting

Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile spam protection on the contact page. These services process technical information, including network and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. The contact service verifies each form submission before it is emailed. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details about its services.

Analytics and advertising

This version of the site does not include advertising trackers or a separate analytics integration. The contact form does not add your email to a mailing list.

Questions or removal requests

Use the contact form to ask about your inquiry information or request its removal. Include the reference from your submission if you have it. Email retention is managed in the private receiving inbox. Please avoid sending sensitive or confidential data through the form.
